Hello, today’s card is a fancy one…featuring the window framelit from the Hearth and Home set converted into a door and a cat playing peek-a-boo!
Many Merry Stars Kit: Versatile, Huge and Simple
If I had to chose just three things I love about the Many Merry Stars Kit, those things would be the versatility of the kit, the amount of product included in the kit and the kit’s ease of use. Continue reading
I’m back with a pretty, vintage-y card made using the triple time stamping technique and a number of retiring products including: the Creative Elements stamp set, Raspberry Ripple cardstock, Layered Labels stamp set, Victoria Crochet Trim, and the Vintage Trinkets Accents and Elements (which happen to be on the Weekly Deals list this week!). The colour scheme features Raspberry Ripple, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla, which work perfectly together. I’ll be sad to see Raspberry Ripple go, it’s such a lovely colour. If you, too, like Raspberry Ripple you may want to stock up on cardstock and reinker…they won’t be here for much longer!
Hello crafty friends! Happy (unofficial) Star Wars Day! Today I am sharing a Star Wars card I made wayyyyy back in early January for a friend’s birthday but have *patiently* (lol NOT) waited until today – “Star Wars Day” (May 4th) – to share it with you. The title is so perfect/punny… I didn’t want to pass up the opportunity to write it 😉 For those who have not seen Star Wars, “May the Force be with you” is a popular saying in the movies/franchise and sounds quite similar to May the 4th, hence today’s date being chosen as Star Wars Day. As I mentioned earlier, this card was made for a friend, who happens to be a big Star Wars fan, and features the popular character Yoda, a small, green Jedi Master of unknown species and origin. Apologies for the quality of the photos – I had to hastily take pictures of the card before rushing out the door to head to the party (which I was then late for – oops!).
