Hello There, Spring!

The first of September marks the beginning of Spring – and what a beautiful day it has been. Not too hot, not too cold, but just right (Goldilocks, anyone?).

To mark the occasion we have made a seasonally appropriate card using the new Wondrous Wreath stamp set – it’s bloomin’ marvellous!

Stampin Up Hello There Spring Card by Katie Legge

You could be forgiven for thinking that this set is only for Christmas when, in fact, this set is great for all year round – just change the colours and accents to suit your preferred theme/season. This card was inspired by Carol and Nikki’s cards.

The Wondrous Wreath set is from the new Holiday Catalogue which launched a few days ago. This set is featured on page 9 of the catalogue which available to view online here. If you haven’t got your copy yet, let us know and we can send one out to you 🙂

In addition to sharing our “Hello There, Spring” card we would like to share two additional photos in the spirit of the season – the first of some gorgeous flowers we planted a little while ago (they’ve grown so much!) and the second of some seedlings that have started sprouting! Hopefully, in a few weeks they will begin to blossom. Exciting!

That’s all for today, hope you have had a wonderful start to Spring (or Autumn/Fall!), check back soon to see a few more samples using products from the Holiday Catalogue.

Thanks for stopping by,
Rachel and Katie xx

  1. Love your card! I may know the answer to my question but I wanted to verify. Did you heat emboss the wreath with Versamark with clear embossing powder? Thank you again for sharing your lovely card.

    • Thank you! Yes, you are right, the wreath was stamped in Versamark on Pistachio Pudding cardstock (after using the embossing buddy), then covered with Clear embossing powder and set with the heating tool.
