The projects that I am sharing today are a combination of various products from the Sale A Bration catalogue, mixed together in one big cooking pot to create these…Aren’t they cool? I have used three products featured in the Sale A Bration brochure – the Good As Gold Card Kit, Banner Punch and Decorative Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder – each of which you can get for free with a AU$90 order! Hooray for freebies!
The Good As Gold Card Kit is used as the basis and inspiration for these cards and tags, spiced up a little with the banner punch and Decorative Dots embossing folder. The kit includes everything you needed to create the 8 basic cards shown in the SAB catalogue, including envelopes, envelope liners, twine and embellishments.
The pretty gold foil sheets which you can see on the tag and the mat of the card are actually the envelope liner from the Good As Gold Card Kit! The great thing about the size of the liner is you can get the gold foil paper for both the card mat and the tag from the one envelope liner, with leftover paper which you can use for other creations. The little heart adorning the banner is also from the envelope liner, punched out using the small heart from the Owl Builder Punch. Cute!
The gold paper on the tags has been embossed using the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder to match the the spotty pattern paper on the cards. The tags themselves were created using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch from the Occasions Catalogue – this nifty punch can create tags of any length, and punches the hole and the scalloped edge all in one go – easy peasey. The stamped letters indicate which bag belongs to which lady, making it easy when dropping off orders. To attach the tag to the bag, the gold stretchy cord from the Good As Gold Kit is looped and tied through the hole in the tag and stapled to the bag.
